At Kendall Subaru of Eugene, our service department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Eugene.

Responsibilities

• Field all calls for the service department
• Answer client questions
• Connect clients with the correct service advisor
• Take messages as needed
• Greet clients in person occasionally
• Complete outbound calls to schedule service recall appointments and provide service updates

Requirements

• High level customer service experience
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Work history showing strong customer service experience
