The role requires exemplary customer service skills, as you will be interacting with members daily, ensuring they have a positive experience at our club. The position involves various responsibilities, including customer service, managing a register, and utilizing a computer for scheduling, checking members in, and processing transactions. Additionally, some minor cleaning tasks may be required to maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area. Flexible hours are available, with shifts starting as early as 4:30 AM and ending as late as 9:30 PM. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the health and fitness industry, as it provides an entry-level opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic environment. Employees in this position will also receive a membership with their employment, allowing them to enjoy the facilities and services offered by Kennedy Club Fitness. This is a performance-based part-time role, with expected hours ranging from 10 to 15 per week, and the ability to work weekends as needed is essential.
