Our real estate agents have helped clients purchase 400+ properties from Hopkinsville, KY down to Nashville that are currently being managed by our in-house property management team. We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to make an immediate impact in this market by managing lease listings and working with our investors. In this role, you'll manage lease listings for our investors, providing an opportunity to earn immediate income. You'll also work with a diverse client base, from seasoned investors to first-time homebuyers, through our Tenant Home Buying Program. Whether you're an experienced realtor or new to the industry, this position offers a chance to build your pipeline while generating steady income. This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential! Average annual earning potential: $50,000 - $300,000+

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Conduct buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
  • Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
  • Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity
  • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
  • Create and update a Property Activity Log (PAL) for each vacant property
  • Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Active Kentucky real estate license
