About the position

The Kering Eyewear Brand Ambassador role is focused on driving sales and building strong relationships with opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists in the Orange County area. This position is integral to the US Optical Sales team, aiming to meet net sales targets and enhance brand visibility through effective customer engagement and training.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Net Sales Targets by brand in the assigned territory.
  • Build appropriate door distribution in a qualitative manner in keeping with the brand's DNA.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers built on a long-term partnership view to maximize sell-through.
  • Build a balanced brand sales portfolio.
  • Present and maximize the sell-in sales of Optical frames and Sunglasses.
  • Work with the customer to maximize sell-through sales with visibility and trade marketing programs.
  • Provide in-store training to maximize sales.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
  • Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods environments.
  • Available to travel up to 80% of the time to visit clients.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
