About the position

Kering Eyewear is seeking a Brand Ambassador for the Orange County area as part of our dynamic US Optical Sales team. This role is pivotal in delivering net sales targets by brand within the assigned territory, which includes working closely with opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists (3Os). The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for building appropriate door distribution in a qualitative manner that aligns with the brand's DNA, ensuring a strong presence in the market. The position requires developing long-term relationships with customers to maximize sell-through and building a balanced brand sales portfolio. In this role, you will present and maximize the sales of optical frames and sunglasses, collaborating with customers to enhance visibility and implement trade marketing programs. Providing in-store training to maximize sales effectiveness and ensuring timely and accurate reporting are also key responsibilities. The Brand Ambassador will play a crucial role in the growth of Kering Eyewear by fostering partnerships that drive sales and enhance brand presence in the luxury eyewear market.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Net Sales Targets by brand in the assigned territory - Opticians, Optometrists and Ophthalmologists (3Os).
  • Build the appropriate door distribution in a qualitative manner in keeping with the brands DNA.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers built on a long term partnership view to maximize sell through.
  • Build a balanced brand sales portfolio.
  • Present and maximize the sell in sales of Optical frames and Sunglasses.
  • Work with the customer to maximize sell through sales with visibility and trade marketing programs.
  • Provide in store training to maximize sales.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
  • Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods environments.
  • Available to travel up to 80% of time to visit clients.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
