Kering Eyewear is currently seeking a Sales Brand Ambassador Intern to join our Optical Sales team based in our New York Office. This role presents a unique opportunity to increase the availability and visibility of our luxury eyewear products in Optical Sales accounts by providing direct support to our Brand Ambassadors. As part of the Optical Sales team, you will receive comprehensive training on all commercial aspects of the business and play an integral role in our growth journey. Your contributions will help forge strategic partnerships, elevate our customer base, and drive revenue change. The ideal candidate will assist in developing strategies necessary to achieve profit, volume, and share growth targets. This individual should be adaptable to the changing needs of the business, capable of effectively analyzing and communicating business performance, and able to shift focus accordingly. A highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive approach is essential, along with a positive, team-player attitude. In this role, you will learn about our diverse brands portfolio, the selling process, the 3-tier system, and sales within the eyewear industry. You will prospect for new business opportunities while managing an existing customer base by visiting customers and providing value-added solutions. Additionally, you will attend industry events and plan trunk shows for high-volume accounts, improve visibility and elevate the presence of our brands in the point of sale (POS) of our accounts by collaborating with the Trade Marketing team on product merchandising and other in-store marketing activities. Leveraging data and embracing technology will be crucial in developing and pushing sales, as well as conducting sales data analysis, trend analysis, competitors' analysis, business results analysis, and general reporting. You will also support the sales organization on ad hoc requests.
