About the position

The Key Account Developer 1 at Coca-Cola Bottling UNITED is responsible for maximizing profitability in assigned accounts by building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring proper execution of promotional programs. This field-based role involves achieving key business goals, managing customer visits, and collaborating with internal teams to drive success in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitability in assigned accounts by building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ensure achievement of key business goals including volume, revenue, margin, and market share.
• Manage internal execution trackers and ensure proper execution of customer programs.
• Communicate with customers regarding activities and solicit feedback on market opportunities.
• Support Sales Operations to resolve execution or promotional gaps promptly.
• Maintain Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA) activities and manage customer visits.
• Track, measure, and analyze execution of Key Business Indicators.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with fleet policy.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business documents and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in beverage and consumer packaged goods industry.
• Complex selling knowledge with experience in promotional programs.
• Familiarity with SAP and Margin Minder systems.
