About the position

The position involves becoming a trusted advisor to assigned End Users across various market segments, influencing and guiding the design of complex digitally connected electrical distribution solutions. The role requires advanced understanding of Schneider Electric's software and services, connecting End Users to innovative offers and applications to meet their project milestones. It also involves consulting with C-Level Executives and collaborating with various internal teams to deliver solutions that address customer needs and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor with assigned End Users across several market segments.
• Influence and guide the design of complex digitally connected electrical distribution solutions.
• Translate customer needs to integrate with other Schneider Electric business units.
• Develop an advanced understanding of Schneider Electric's software and services related to digital and sustainability goals.
• Connect End Users to cutting-edge offers and applications to achieve project milestones.
• Consult with C-Level Executives, Purchasing, Consulting Engineers, and General Contractors.
• Work with teams to deliver solutions that solve customer needs.
• Interpret electrical plans and specifications to develop winning proposals.
• Drive strategic growth at assigned accounts.
• Exceed sales and profitability metrics to assist in achieving company growth ambitions.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant sales experience preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business is preferred.
• Advanced experience in electrical distribution or energy management industries.
• Advanced experience in C-Suite executive relationship building.
• Fluency in consultative sales methodologies.
• Experience with low voltage and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment, automation, controls, or energy management technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Square D Power Distribution Equipment such as busway, panelboards, transformers, switchboards, and electrical components.
