In this role, you will lead the development and execution of account plans and growth actions, understanding key business drivers and emerging risks such as sustainability, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. You will participate in crafting sales strategies tailored to the account, defining sales targets, and monitoring competitor activities to implement appropriate response strategies. Your ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends will be essential in driving the success of your accounts. The work model for this position is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account strategies focused on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales activities and monitor current projects.
  • Manage the resolution of specific customer problems.
  • Provide input on market price developments and trends.
  • Lead the development and implementation of account plans and growth actions.
  • Understand key business drivers and emerging risks for global customers.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies for the account.
  • Define sales targets and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account sales and/or business development.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Leadership experience in sales, engineering, and operational projects is a plus.
  • Experience in strategic and operational planning.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
  • Strong verbal communication, influencing, coaching, and leadership skills.
