About the position

The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with key clients for SANY's Americas business. This position is essential for driving growth and achieving sales targets through effective account management and strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to improve offerings.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and deliver value to clients.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and account health.
  • Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
