About the position

The Key Account Manager at WiseTech Global is responsible for managing gold-level accounts within the Landside TMS division. This role focuses on engaging with strategic clients, driving insights through data analysis, managing escalations, enhancing client growth, and building lasting relationships. The position is pivotal in ensuring client success and satisfaction while supporting the company's growth objectives through innovative software solutions in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with strategic clients to understand their business needs and support them in achieving their goals.
  • Drive client insights using data analysis and client discovery techniques to offer tailored recommendations.
  • Manage escalations by acting as a trusted escalation point and collaborating with internal teams to resolve critical client issues.
  • Enhance client growth by partnering with Business Development teams to identify new opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships through strategic quarterly reviews and continuous check-ins with clients.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing ongoing support for Landside TMS products.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.

Requirements

  • A passion for understanding and exceeding client needs, ideally with experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Able to commute into Schaumburg, IL office or Long Beach, CA office.
  • University degree or equivalent professional certification.
