About the position

The Key Account Manager (KAM) at Hi-Cone is responsible for driving growth and strategic development of the company's largest accounts. This role involves understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and fostering strong relationships to increase market share. The KAM will lead key account strategies, develop actionable plans, and ensure alignment across departments to achieve long-term growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key account strategy to exceed sales targets and achieve long-term growth.
  • Develop actionable account plans to drive customer satisfaction and meet revenue goals.
  • Build and strengthen relationships across customer teams, positioning Hi-Cone as a trusted partner.
  • Lead contract negotiations and communicate value-driven propositions that fuel customer success.
  • Monitor industry trends to refine Hi-Cone's competitive advantage in the packaging space.
  • Foster alignment within Hi-Cone through clear, effective communication across departments.
  • Utilize ITW's Enterprise Strategy and Business Model, ensuring a continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years in B2B sales with large key accounts and long sales cycles (12+ months).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven history of sales success in key account management.

  • Familiarity with packaging equipment or experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods/beverage industry.
