About the position

The Key Account Sales position focuses on developing and promoting overseas markets, managing customer relationships, conducting market surveys, and providing data analysis to support business decisions. Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseas market development by formulating and implementing expansion plans.
  • Conduct research on emerging markets and negotiate business deals with overseas customers.
  • Develop customer resources through exhibitions, B2B platforms, and online searches to establish sales channels.
  • Maintain transaction customers and handle complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly visit overseas customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Manage order inquiries, quotations, production scheduling, delivery tracking, and payment acceptance.
  • Collect industry information, competitor trends, and customer needs in overseas markets.
  • Analyze collected market information to predict trends and guide market and product development.
  • Analyze product adaptability and competitiveness in overseas markets and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze overseas market data, including sales and customer feedback.
  • Provide timely feedback of monitoring results to relevant departments for decision-making support.
  • Write market reports based on monitoring results and analytical data to inform market strategy adjustments.
  • Translate business and technical documents and facilitate communication between domestic and foreign teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations in overseas markets.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors related to overseas markets.

Requirements

  • Experience in market development and business promotion, particularly in overseas markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to conduct business docking with international clients.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience in order management and customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills for market survey and analysis.
  • Ability to monitor market data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, including translation of technical documents.
