About the position

As a KA Team Lead - Enterprise Sales at Too Good To Go, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and a Business Development Executive. Your role is crucial in driving the growth of Too Good To Go in the US by identifying, developing, and launching partnerships with key accounts. You will lead a high-performing team focused on saving food through the marketplace app, ensuring effective coaching and management while optimizing processes and strategies to enhance market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and a Business Development Executive.
  • Identify, develop, and launch partnerships with key accounts (70+ locations partners).
  • Drive New Supplying Stores (NSS) to save food with Too Good To Go.
  • Develop a high-performing team focused on achieving sales targets.
  • Oversee the pipeline, forecast, and overall results of the enterprise KAM team.
  • Coach the team to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
  • Identify new potential key account opportunities and create action plans with the team.
  • Represent the company and its mission to partners in large group settings.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales management, particularly in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or CRM) preferred; ability to manage and meet KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Polished, detail-oriented professional with a collaborative attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability, food waste reduction, and environmental issues.
  • Experience with value-based selling and/or MEDDICC methodology preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field preferred.
