About the position
The Key Burn Ambassador (KBA) at Burn Boot Camp plays a vital role in enhancing the client experience and managing front-of-house operations. This position involves overseeing the Burn Ambassador team, coordinating community events, and ensuring effective communication between staff and clients. The KBA is responsible for maximizing sales and member growth while fostering a welcoming community environment within the gym.
Responsibilities
- Managing the front desk
- Organizing and executing all employee relations activities
- Remerchandising the retail center monthly
- Conducting weekly touchpoints with training staff
- Overseeing client issues
- Managing the Burn Ambassador team, including onboarding and training
- Organizing client follow-ups for the Burn Ambassadors and training staff
- Maintaining data integrity in Mindbody software
- Creating social media posts
- Attending community events
- Collaborating with training staff to close 60% of all trials
Requirements
- Experience in social media management
- Strong communication skills

- Availability to work 18-21 camps per week with flexible shifts
