About the position

The Key Carrier/Closing Manager at Lee's Marketplace is responsible for overseeing store operations during closing hours, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing team members in the absence of higher management. Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while overseeing all departments.
• Develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within the department and store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and directives.
• Promote a harassment-free environment and report any harmful situations.
• Build knowledge and skills through training and education for self and team members.
• Coordinate with the Grocery Manager and Store Director for daily operations.
• Delegate tasks to employees within the grocery department and other departments as needed.
• Assist in achieving quarterly financial goals related to inventory control and labor percentage.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Handle customer complaints effectively within company policies.
