Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store including team coaching, inventory control, and labor control.
- Open and close the store, balancing cash drawers.
- Perform general Sales Clerk duties to ensure the store is clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Handle cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Manage freight handling and forklift operation.
- Assist customers with product selection and load outs.
- Handle phone calls.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Retail and management experience preferred.
- Product knowledge.
- Strong communication, merchandising, and computer skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.
