About The Position
Boot Barn is seeking a part-time Key Holder who will engage with customers, create an exceptional in-store experience, and provide leadership and support to store partners. The Key Holder will embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values while demonstrating selling and service expertise, product knowledge, visual merchandising presentation skills, and strong point-of-sale proficiency. This role involves partnering with the leadership team to drive activity to exceed store sales goals, assist with team development, and support store operational procedures as assigned.
