Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, including alarm activation and deactivation.
• Count and prepare tills for store opening and balance them at the end of the day.
• Prepare deposits and manage safe counts.
• Perform customer service interventions at registers, including price overrides and refunds.
• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) when Store Team Leader is absent, ensuring daily tasks are completed.
• Resolve customer-related issues while acting in the LOD role.
• Execute emergency response procedures as needed when acting in the LOD function.
• Receive freight and maintain receiving procedures.
• Prepare balloon orders for the next day.
• Conduct recovery and cleaning of the store, including sales floor and backroom.
• Perform daily scan audits and review communications on Party Central.
