About the position

Goodwill Industries—Knoxville, Inc. is looking for energetic and flexible individuals to fill the roles of Lead Sales Associate and Sales/Production Associates at their retail store in Farragut. The positions involve supporting the management team in daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Candidates for the Lead Sales Associate role must have a reliable vehicle for bank deposits and be available to work during store hours, which include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management in day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in training and supervising other sales associates.
• Handle cash transactions and bank deposits as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service is required.
