About the position

The Key Holder/Sales Associate at Republic Clothing Apparel plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through exceptional service and operational support. This position involves opening and closing the store, engaging with customers, managing shipments, and maintaining store standards. The Key Holder will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure a community-driven and entrepreneurial atmosphere in the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties including register functions, banking, and setting the alarm system.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs and inquiries.
• Ensure that the store is always clean and properly organized.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain awareness of daily goals and strive to achieve them.
• Partner with the Assistant Manager to maintain store standards and merchandising.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Prior sales experience preferably in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and people skills.
• Top-notch customer relations skills.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
