About the position

The Key Holder at The Vitamin Shoppe plays a crucial role in supporting the management team and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This position involves leadership responsibilities, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store operations while fostering customer loyalty and engagement in the health and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing tasks with excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members.
  • Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly.
  • Participate in continuous learning activities to master product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to create a positive work environment.
  • Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure timely processing of receipts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
