Responsibilities

• Assist customers with key replacement services and promote additional products and services to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding customer service and establish long-lasting relationships, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction rates.
• Oversee inventory, manage stock levels, and contribute to sales floor organization to optimize product availability and customer shopping experience.
• Participate in hands-on training to master car key cutting and programming, while learning to manage and grow the retail sales operations in-store.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience or experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, with a desire to inspire teams and manage sales.
