The Keyholder at Robert Graham plays a crucial role in supporting overall sales, staff management, merchandise handling, and customer service within the store. This position is designed to foster a sales culture that enhances productivity and passion for the brand, ensuring that all customers receive exemplary service and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and continuously motivate sales staff to achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.
• Support the development of associates' sales techniques to maximize sales through elevated levels of service.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and ensure staff is fluent in product knowledge.
• Provide sales leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor and collaborating with management to identify marketing opportunities.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop events and incentives to grow the customer base, focusing on the local market.
• Ensure all associates deliver the highest level of customer service to meet World Class Service standards.
• Maintain constant client communication through client books and databases.
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Assist sales associates with customer service issues, including returns and defective merchandise.
• Empower associates to make decisions that benefit the customer while aligning with the company's philosophy.
