The Keyholder is responsible for cash management, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and safeguarding the store's assets. This role also involves opening and closing the store, which requires a high level of responsibility and trust. The Keyholder must be adept at multitasking and decision-making, especially when resolving client-related issues, and must provide continuous feedback to the management team regarding sales opportunities and successes. In addition to these responsibilities, the Keyholder is expected to collaborate effectively with team members, aligning with the Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities of Lilly Pulitzer. This position is part-time and may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the seasonality of the retail business. Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store.
  • Drive sales goals by providing exceptional client experience.
  • Support the sales team by actively focusing on clients.
  • Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
  • Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management according to operating procedures.
  • Responsible for the opening and closing of the retail store.
  • Exercise decision-making and multitasking capabilities while prioritizing service.
  • Positively resolve client-related issues or escalate to store management when necessary.
  • Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
  • Maintain Lilly Pulitzer's visual and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
