A typical day in the life of an Assistant General Manager includes supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to KFC standards and policies, leading and managing a team, supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) with training, scheduling, and performance appraisals, managing inventory, maintaining food safety protocols, and addressing customer concerns.
