About the position
The Restaurant General Manager at Fulenwider KFC/Taco Bell is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering exceptional guest service. This role involves managing team performance, financial accountability, and maintaining a positive work environment while also focusing on product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of the restaurant and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage product preparation and delivery, guest relations, and restaurant maintenance.
- Oversee inventory management and control costs to meet financial targets.
- Recruit, train, and retain hourly managers and team members.
- Ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to guests.
- Monitor employee performance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare and submit required reports and maintain cash control techniques.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; College or University Degree preferred.
- 1-4 years supervisory experience in a food or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
- Basic personal computer literacy.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA and local health and safety codes.
