The Kick Back Host at Drury Hotels is responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere during the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour for guests. This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and lobby areas, all while promoting the Drury culture of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Make the 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour enjoyable for guests.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for team members and guests.
• Oversee food preparation and clean-up for the Kickback.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby area.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked appropriately.
• Promote the Drury culture through high standards of integrity and service.
• Answer guest questions regarding hotel services and local events.
• Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations and services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly communication skills with guests.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English.
