About the position

KiddieCorp is seeking part-time Program Managers to oversee on-site childcare operations at various events across the U.S. and Canada. This role involves managing staff, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children, and handling administrative tasks related to childcare programs. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and travel, with all expenses covered by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, venue staff, parents, and children.
  • Set up an engaging and fun environment using provided materials.
  • Maintain accurate daily attendance records of all children.
  • Uphold KiddieCorp's policies and safety procedures, including reporting incidents/accidents within 24 hours.
  • Complete all program-related paperwork promptly.
  • Ensure age-appropriate games and activities are facilitated.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education and experience is preferred.
  • At least three years of direct childcare experience, including staff supervision.
  • Current child and infant CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain these certifications before the start date).
  • COVID vaccinated.
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to sit on the floor and engage with children.
