About the position

The General Manager at KidStrong is responsible for leading the center's operations, driving sales, and creating a positive environment for coaches, kids, and families. This role involves overseeing daily activities, managing a team, and ensuring high standards of service and engagement with members. The General Manager will also be hands-on in coaching and developing staff while maintaining a focus on achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Master the Numbers: Know your KPIs and financials inside and out
• Be the friendly face everyone loves to see
• Maintain a spotless center and a smooth operation
• Delegate tasks to ensure team efficiency
• Work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift
• Drive membership sales and set goals with the team
• Engage with leads through calls and texts to convert them into members
• Arrange and attend local events to promote KidStrong
• Inspire and develop your team to be their best selves
• Recruit, onboard, and train new coaches
• Deliver the curriculum and actively coach 3-5 classes a week
• Monitor attendance and achievements using the KS Coaches App
• Navigate a physically demanding environment with high energy
• Achieve Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ

Requirements

• Experience with kids aged 15 months to 11 years
• Strong people skills to communicate with parents and guardians
• Tech-savvy with practical experience in Google, Microsoft, and social media platforms
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to set and uphold high standards
• Natural leadership qualities
