About the position

Triple R Child Care is dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care in a nurturing and supportive environment. We believe in fostering the growth and development of young minds through engaging activities and personalized attention. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our kindergarten team. As part of the kindergarten team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, educational, and fun environment for children to learn and grow. The hours of this position are from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Our kindergarten class runs from 8:30-2:30 and then the after school program runs from 2:30-5:30.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Supervise and engage with children in various educational and play activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• 60 hours of college credit with 6 hours in early childhood (or related field such as education or psychology) OR 30 hours of college credit with 6 hours in early childhood (or related field) and 1 year of classroom experience.
• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• Caring, flexible, hardworking, diligent, creative, and fun-loving attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
