About the position

We are seeking dedicated English teachers to join our team in Songdo, Incheon, South Korea. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching young learners and are currently residing in Korea. The role involves developing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a nurturing learning environment for kindergarten and elementary students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy and math skills tailored for young learners.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a nurturing environment conducive to learning.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Qualified English Teachers currently residing in Korea.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to commute to Pflugerville, TX 78660 preferred.
• Ability to relocate to Pflugerville, TX 78660 before starting work preferred.
