About the position

We are seeking two passionate and dedicated English teachers for a full-time, on-site position at our school in Changwon, South Korea. This role is designed for teachers who want to work directly with students in elementary and middle school settings. The position starts in late December 2024 and offers excellent benefits including housing, airfare, severance pay, health insurance, and a national pension.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy and math skills for young learners.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a nurturing environment conducive to learning.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and participate in professional development.
• Foster a love for learning through creative activities and educational play.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Teaching experience is a plus.
