About the position

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten and Elementary English Teachers to join our full-time, on-site team in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about working with young learners and are eager to immerse themselves in South Korean culture. Candidates must be willing to relocate as this is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy and math skills in young learners.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a nurturing environment conducive to learning.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those with special educational requirements.
• Foster effective communication with students and parents to support educational goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Utilize learning technologies to enrich the educational experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Great English teachers from New Zealand, USA, Canada, Australia, or the UK.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in classroom management.
• Ability to teach in both English and Korean.
