About the position

The Kinective Media Account Executive role at United Airlines offers an exciting opportunity to join a newly launched travel media network. This position focuses on creating meaningful connections between travelers and brands through personalized advertising and content, leveraging insights from United's extensive loyalty program, MileagePlus. The Account Executive will utilize their digital media expertise to drive sales and establish relationships within the advertising community, presenting omnichannel marketing campaigns that deliver positive business results for recognized brands.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively uncover new business opportunities and build relationships with key agency and client decision makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process with minimal oversight while exceeding independent sales targets.
  • Identify and implement omnichannel media planning, measurement solutions, data strategy, and identity solutions.
  • Use a creative and consultative selling approach to provide relevant insights and craft multi-pronged solutions for clients.
  • Build and manage effective account growth plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and client decision makers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, demonstrating responsiveness and commitment to partnership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of outside digital media/ad tech sales experience and client-facing partner management, with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience building new customer relationships and working with agency leadership to establish partnership plans.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a cross-channel, multi-million dollar advertising business.
  • Deep understanding of ad industry challenges, measurement, and identity-based marketing solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the ad industry and programmatic landscape, with expertise in omnichannel media planning best practices.
