About the position

StretchLab is seeking passionate wellness and fitness enthusiasts to join their team as Flexologists. This part-time role involves guiding clients through one-on-one and group stretching sessions, promoting mobility and flexibility, and creating a welcoming environment for clients to achieve their wellness goals. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering fitness modality that emphasizes assisted stretching, with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and group stretching sessions to enhance client mobility and flexibility.
• Motivate and coach clients to stretch beyond their limits and achieve their wellness goals.
• Ensure the safety of clients during stretching sessions and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in team meetings and educational sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Engage with the community through social media to promote StretchLab and its services.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the stretching space and equipment.

Requirements

• Valid fitness certification required.
• Experience in a hands-on training role within a health or fitness environment.
• Strong communication skills to create a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social media management.
• Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, dance, yoga, or Pilates.
