This includes providing guidance and leadership to the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services and initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention. The HR Director will oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent, and will implement talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and career progression opportunities. The HR Director will also serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. This role involves handling complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions with a focus on resolution and fairness. Additionally, the HR Director will oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, conducting market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures. Furthermore, the HR Director will develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements, oversee HR information systems (HRIS), and lead HR-related projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion efforts and organizational development programs.
