About the position

Infinity Solar USA is seeking enthusiastic and driven Solar Sales Consultants to join our team at a high-traffic retail kiosk location. This commission-based role offers the opportunity to maximize earnings with an uncapped commission structure while engaging with customers and guiding them through the selection of solar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers at our kiosk to introduce them to our solar products and services.
• Assess customer needs and recommend personalized solar solutions that align with their goals and budget.
• Leverage sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets, benefiting from an uncapped commission structure.
• Establish trust and rapport with customers, providing exceptional service throughout their decision-making process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company updates to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but open to training motivated individuals with a passion for renewable energy.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive your own success in a commission-based environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate peak shopping times.
