Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions to meet the current and future needs of guests.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for guests, ensuring an authentic connection.

  • Deliver product and solution recommendations to enhance guest service.
  • Thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Foster excellent guest experience skills to drive repeat traffic.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for long periods.
