Peak Kitchen and Bath LLC is seeking a full-time Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our growing team in Ellicott City, MD. As a designer, you will play a crucial role in visiting homeowners and collaborating with them to create beautiful and functional kitchen and bath spaces. You will work in our newly designed showroom, which serves as a hub for creativity and client interaction. Our company has been in the design/build industry for 18 years, and we pride ourselves on our work hard, play hard mentality. We are committed to quality and exceptional customer relations, and we are looking for someone who shares this passion. The ideal candidate will have prior design experience and proficiency in 20/20 design software. Responsibilities
- Visit homeowners to discuss their kitchen and bath design needs.
- Create detailed designs using 20/20 software.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is realized in the final product.
- Work in the showroom to showcase designs and assist customers.
- Maintain strong customer relations throughout the design process.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and ideas.
Requirements
- Prior design experience in kitchen and bath design.
- Proficiency in 20/20 design software.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
