About the position

Arcade Green is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Cabinet Assembly Technician to join our team in Honolulu, HI. This role involves assembling kitchen cabinets and related components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kitchen cabinets and related components according to company standards and specifications.
• Inspect and troubleshoot assembled cabinets for any defects or issues, making necessary adjustments.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe and productive working environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements

• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Previous experience using hand tools and working with wood is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
