About the position
The Kitchen Closer at Culver's is responsible for ensuring that quality food is served in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This part-time role involves cooking, assembling orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, particularly during closing hours.
Responsibilities
- Cook made-to-order burgers on a flat-top grill.
- Assemble sandwiches and other food items.
- Use a 4-vat fryer system with proper cook-times for items such as fries, chicken, and fish.
- Stock items for the next day's use during closing duties.
- Sweep and clean equipment and utensils used during service hours.
