Responsibilities

• Design kitchens and bathrooms according to customer specifications.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Utilize 20/20 Kitchen design software to create designs.
• Build relationships with clients to facilitate sales and close deals.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and practices.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the design and sales process.

Requirements

• Experience with 20/20 Kitchen design software preferred, but training is available.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including Monday to Saturday.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in bathroom design, decorative plumbing, and appliances is beneficial.
