The Kitchen Designer/Sales position at Performance Kitchens & Home involves working closely with clients to design and sell kitchen and bathroom remodels. The role requires a blend of design expertise and sales acumen, with responsibilities including consulting with clients, creating designs, and managing projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients and follow up on leads
• Conduct site visits and take field measurements
• Understand and interpret floor plans
• Work closely with clients to design kitchens and bathrooms
• Produce designs utilizing Chief Architect
• Propose and close the sale
• Guide customers through product selections
• Order cabinetry, countertops, and decorative materials as needed
• Prioritize and handle multiple projects at a time

Requirements

• 2+ years designing kitchens and bathrooms
• Experience in cabinetry sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Experience designing with Chief Architect or a similar program
• Ability to travel to customer's home
