About the position

The Kitchen Designer/Sales position at InFocus Kitchen & Bath involves creating custom kitchen designs and managing the design process from initial layout to installation. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong sales skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The designer will be responsible for translating rough measurements into working designs, creating quotes, and participating in showroom duties.

Responsibilities

• Create custom kitchen designs based on client specifications.
• Translate rough measurements into accurate working designs.
• Generate quotes for cabinetry, counters, installation, and other materials or labor.
• Manage the design process from initial layout to ordering and installation.
• Participate in showroom duty and sales coverage as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency in 20/20 Design software is a must.
• Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Strong sales skill set and self-directed work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in project management and custom kitchen design background.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email communication.
