Responsibilities

  • Utilize design skills to create kitchen, home, or bathroom layouts for customers.
  • Lead the development of new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain lasting customer connections.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process.

Requirements

  • Experience in kitchen, bathroom, or similar design preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD or design software.
  • Sales experience, particularly in commission-based roles, is encouraged.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in commission sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with kitchen design trends and materials.
