In this full-time role, you will enjoy a competitive starting salary of $16.83 per hour, with the potential for significant earnings through uncapped commissions. This means that your hard work and dedication can lead to an impressive on-target earnings (OTE) of over $100,000 annually. Responsibilities
- Utilize design skills to create kitchen, home, or bathroom layouts for customers.
- Lead the development of new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain lasting customer connections.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process.
Requirements
- Experience in kitchen, bathroom, or similar design preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD or design software.
- Sales experience, particularly in commission-based roles, is encouraged.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in commission sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with kitchen design trends and materials.
