About The Position
The Back of House (BOH) Manager at Snowshoe Mountain Resort is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role involves leading a team of up to 30 kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs and Line Cooks, while fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment. The BOH Manager will also be involved in recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff, as well as aligning financial performance with resort objectives.
