About the position

As a Kitchen Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be responsible for creating legendary experiences for guests and team members by managing the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations. This role involves overseeing the execution and performance of the HOH, providing direction and supervision to all HOH team members, and ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations.
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper food storage and sanitation practices.

Requirements

  • 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling and sanitation.
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety and security systems.
  • Proficient in computer operations and management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Passion for training and developing team members.
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
