About the position
As a Kitchen Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be responsible for creating legendary experiences for guests and team members by managing the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations. This role involves overseeing the execution and performance of the HOH, providing direction and supervision to all HOH team members, and ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations.
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices.
- Manage kitchen operations to deliver high-quality food and service.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
- 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling and sanitation.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety and security systems.
- Proficient in computer operations.
- Passion for training and developing team members.
