About the position

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations, overseeing the execution and performance of the kitchen, and providing direction and supervision for all HOH team members. Responsibilities

  • Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations
  • Oversee the execution and performance of the kitchen
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Create legendary experiences for guests and team members

Requirements

  • 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety and security systems
  • Proficient in computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members
